Changed my review from 1 star due to there quick concerned response. Initially they failed to show up on a time sensitive repair i requested and now will require more repairs. They left a bad first impression but could possibly give them a second chance in the future.
Response from the owner
Adam, We are sorry about the experience that you had. There was obviously a miscommunication on our part between our call center and that is unacceptable. The message that was relayed to upper management was that a seal was leaking but the customer did not know what kind of seal. The call center rep you spoke with was instructed to call you and attempt to get more detail including photos, if possible, as we always want to be as prepared as possible when meeting with a customer to discuss the situation that they may be experiencing, while also holding the cost down as much as possible. As you could tell when you called in initially, we ask many questions regarding the issue to expedite the appointment and make it as quick and seamless as possible for the customer and our sales representative. We are not a company that believes in a one job deal when dealing with any homeowner. We believe in building long term, lasting relationships with our clients for years to come. That is one of the reasons we have been in business 59 years. Again, we are very sorry that this situation occurred. We understand that it left a bad first impression, but next time that you have another home improvement need we would appreciate the opportunity to right the wrong and change the initial impression that you experienced. Once again, we apologize. Sincerely, Corey A. Thrush (Officer)
