We had a 100 year old elm tree that was dead and needed to come down.  We had a few other trees closed to it and close to power lines.  I called Shane he looked at what we had and said he would take it down.  It took him   about 2 hours.  Shane took the time not to damage any of the other trees.  We are very happy with his work and would call him again.

We called Shane and he came that night to give us an estimate.  He removed two trees and several bushes.  He also trimmed several other trees.  He was able to complete the job quickly and the trees that were trimmed look great!  We would definitely recommend him to others and would use his services in the future.

Shane replied to my inquiry and immediately came to give me an estimate on the job.  He professionally took care of the trees I needed removed and helped with other trees that needed trimming as well.  He was honest, punctual and did a great job.  I would happily use his tree services again.

Nobody else answered our call after 3 weeks,
Except Thorson Tree service out of Albert Lea. They came out and gave us a bid a day later and had the job done in a week.

I humbly apologize to you for my hasty remarks against you. I have since figured out what happened. You did a great job! Never wanted it done for free. Your price was very affordable.  I enjoyed our conversation. Neighbor asked about you and gave him your number which he later texted you. Again I'm sorry and know your work is good. If you haven't made those poppers or peanut butter balls I'll get them to you. Thank you for your great work.

I let mother know that we would be out there the following week but we’re not sure of the day. She said that was fine. As long as everything was cleaned up. We came on Monday afternoon. No one was home, so we did exactly what she asked us to do. After I called her to let her k kw we were finished, she said she called us to cancel. I never received her caller id or a voice mail. She admitted to me she never left a message. We had no way of knowing she wanted to cancel service un to l after it was finished. We’ve ran into this situation one of time. But I’m sure it’s much more common than we realize. Bottom line is, they wanted the work done for free. Prior to this 1-star review, we had a perfect 5-star rating in our community.

Job went perfect. We had a very large tree over the house which was dead and threatening our home. They were on time, had proof of insurance and did an excellent job. He lined up stump grinding for us and we didn't have to do a thing. Had excellent communication. Would not hesitate to use again. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. A++++

We needed a couple trees to be trimmed and one tree to be taken down and he did a great job. Minimal damage to the yard as he was very cautious with his equipment. He was very prompt, like I called and left a message and he showed up at my door that same day to give me a quote. Very reasonable. Shane was a very polite guy guy that followed through getting the tree down as promised and did a good job cleaning the site up! He was even careful about not make tracks and ruts in the yard, because I’m pretty picky about that. I would highly recommend using this tree service!
