  Bobby took the job understanding that I had removed my own shingles. We found it was going to storm that night so he sent his guy over to put a tarp over the roof. The roof leaked all night long for over 5 hours of heavy heavy rain. My sheetrock was ruined. The tarp they used was very old and FULL OF large HOLES and nails hanging out of it from previous job. The tarp looked to have been reused at least 25 times. I brought this to the attention of Bobby Thornhill and he stated that I should’ve not removed my own shingles (although did not say that when he took the job) then interrupting me screamed “I’m ON VACATION WITH MY WIFE! SHUT UP!!!” and hung up on me. We are left stranded now with no roof and another storm coming in a couple days. Very unprofessional. How was I supposed to know he was on vacation?

  I wasn't happy about needing a roof but Bobby and his crew were fast and made the process easy. Roof looks good and clean up was excellent.
