  Absolutely pleased with the responsiveness, attention to detail, and recommendations following recent storm damage to my roof. The team was out a few hours later to temporarily secure my roof from further damage. Greatly appreciate the professionalism and quality of the work done. Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation is always my first call!

  It was a very positive experience. And excellent workmanship. Jim showed up to give a quote when he said they would, and help us with our insurance company then after the quote we set a date for the work to be done, it was done very efficiently and the quality was great! They delivered exactly what they said they would ,when they said they would. Very pleased with Thompson & Thompson 3rd Generation, Inc a big Thank you to your great Team !!

  Jim Thompson was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and gave great advice on dealing with our insurance company. If I would have followed his advice quicker, the process would have been much smoother. We had a couple of minor glitches with the roof replacement and siding replacement but Thompson and Thompson came out quickly to get things corrected.
