Great company.. Sams helper on my roof was probably the hardest worker I’ve ever seen in my life. The way he carried panels around made him look like he possesses the ability to life 300-400 lbs above his head at any given moment. Can’t teach the skills this crew possessed

Sam was paid money upfront to fix a leak in the roof. Not only did he not fix the issue he left the roof uncovered and due to him waiting weeks to come back to finish the job, it rained for days and made the roof cave in completely. After MONTHS he has still failed to fix not only what he was paid to fix but also the damage he caused from carelessness. He has more excuses than a habitual liar. I have plenty of texts between us and pictures of the damage. If you could see the mess he left for us to fix, you would NEVER even recommend him to another individual. Please do not let this happen to some one else’s home.

Hello, Bethany. Let’s have a recap. Mid September 2021 we were called about a leaking roof in what turned out to be an addition to the house. The leak we were notified about had already caused a great deal of damage and we were also asked to give a quote on repairing it once the roof was secured. Unable to start immediately, we tarped the trouble spot ahead of predictions of massive rainfall. Unfortunately our tarp failed and caused a lot of water to come in and cave that already severely damaged ceiling. From that point on there was immediate animosity. It was a mistake because we are humans. That being said, I purchased all new insulation and sheet rock but not before tearing out the rotten wood and rebuilding the roof and laying down roll roofing rated for the flat roof. We then tore out the entire ceiling of the small addition and replaced all of it, good and bad. After you personally told me that a family member would handle the walls that were previously damaged before our arrival, you also said to leave off the crown molding for that reason. At this point we have rebuilt and at the time thought we secured the leak and repaired all the damage that we agreed was my responsibility. Now 6 months later and several large heavy rain storms and I’ve been notified that the leak came back. Before I was able to make it out to inspect this past weekend, you and several others decided to end my business all together by sharing pictures of the damaged ceiling before we replaced it and making claims that this was how we left it. Six months have gone by and not a word and now you’re making claims that we left your grandmothers house a mess. Although waiting 6 months is a little suspicious, If you weren’t pleased with your experience, just say so. Don’t make up false allegations fishing for some type of unwarranted revenge. I’ve offered a solution with no response. I’ll be available when someone can reasonably speak and not act purely on emotion.

A young man named Sam came out to the house was paid 1600 up front to do the job of fixing the roof. He was very inconsistent about coming out or staying in contact, then just disappeared and left the roof to cave in and the below inside of my house to get flooded. The insurance company is not threatening to cancel my insurance because the roof is still not fixed and now theirs a loss of money as well. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, THIEF, AND A LIAR.

Ma’am, I wasn’t paid $1600 until we almost completely rebuilt the whole roof. Some of that went for additional materials once we discovered the extent of the damage that was there prior to our arrival. I was always in contact, I never disappeared and the ceiling caved when I ran short on materials from completing the roof late one evening so we tarped it until we could return to finish. Unfortunately our tarp didn’t hold and the badly damaged ceiling collapsed in that area. I completely replaced the entire ceiling without hesitation. Now we’re 6 months later and you’re just now flagging what would seem like something worth a civil suit.
