  I needed our 24 year old shed roof replaced--a small job, and one that I would not have expected to have much priority to a roofing company. But Scott showed up exactly on time to measure, photograph and estimate the job. He made several good recommendations that would improve the structure compared to the original roofing--none of which were expensive add-ons. After reviewing the quote and agreeing to a price, the job should be completed in the next 3 weeks using one of their in-house crews. I'll update this after the job is complete, but every indication from my experience so far is that everything will go smoothly and to my satisfaction.

  $79 inspection to confirm a leak and offer a plan for fixing. I knew where the leak was already and have now done repairs myself with $8 of roofing caulk instead of the $800 repair I was quoted. The repairman had a good demeanor and was friendly though.

  Mr. Goldey, this review is a bit confusing. Your warranty company required you to pay a $125 fee - I was able to get the fee lowered against the warranty company's policy since I feel bad that the warranty company won't cover your needs. So the $79 fee that I charged you covers the amount we charge to come and evaluate a roof leak and offer a plan to repair. Our plan to repair has never been and never will be to just caulk and seal, as that is just a temporary fix. I am happy to resend your quote that shows our plan to properly fix the issue vs just covering it up. Additionally, the warranty company may be the people you want to work with directly as we cannot override their rules for the policy you chose. With kind regards, Jama

  Thomas Jefferson Roofing did a great job for us. For the first time since the house was built the bathroom fans are properly vented out the roof instead of into the attic. They installed drip flashing so now water does not run between the fascia and gutters. They brought the roof up to current code and it looks great! The owners are casual friends of ours and were the first ones we called. They did not disappoint!
