  I had my roof replaced by a well know company. It was leaking and the company that replaced it said they’d fixed the leaking issue. But no! Long story, but that company just sent me money to fix it myself. 🙄 So I shopped around. Thomas Exteriors SAVED THE DAY! Fast, efficient and thorough. No leaks, roof looks great. I highly recommend them!!

  I wanted to keep business local and call Thomas Exteriors. Joe answered right away and I explained the leak we had. He climbed on the roof and gave a couple suggestions. We agreed and he came back a couple days and performed the repair. Very responsive, professional and local! Pick Joe and his team for your exterior needs!

  I called Thomas Exteriors today because we live in Polk City as is the company. Joe answered and I explained we had some siding that had come loose and much to my surprise, he made time to stop out after his work day and fixed it! He also went up on our roof to check our gutters because one was plugged that we noticed during the rain downfall today! He fixed hat too! Very nice guy, knowledgeable, and eager to please! I would highly recommend this company for any outside issues, roofing, siding, windows, etc. Thanks Joe!
