  Company failed to complete job with proper, quality workmanship. Horrible clean-up job. Job was totally rushed. Workers rushing caused damage, not correct workmanship and proper outcome. Was told they always had #1 guy to come back after job done to correct any discrepancies. Problem was, the # 1 man could not perform corrections the needed for the competent & necessary repairs The drip edge could not to installed on a correct 90 degree angle. It was cut and bent improperly which subjected it to water penetration and possible water and rotten facia board damage. Many attempts were attempted to correct the issues with no avail. Flashing on chimney was ridiculously crooked and bent. After installing the roof, the No. 1 man in charge of fixing the descreptices, had spilled orange marking dye-type substance all over my roof(pic include)When I asked if that would come off, he replied that if did not, he would replace the affected shingles. Really? This company also failed to properly remove all old felt, inspect visibly the decking and properly install the Ivtek moisture barrier on the roof deck. When mentioned to owner, Daryl he stated they don’t do that. They inspect the decking prior to reinstalling the moisture barrier & new shingles. Really? How? I thought in order to inspect the decking, you needed to visually inspect. The 2 dormers on my roof were installed hardie-plank. It is my belief that NO moisture barrier was properly placed on my dormers prior to installing the HP siding. Now, I have to deal with the possibilities on water penetration into my home thereby causing more damage once more. Also, as I inspection the soffits, I noticed that the worker over nailed form the Top of my roof into the soffits and facia boards therefore totally missing the intended boards for securing. Now, underneath my eves, you can see various nails which missed its intended target and is clearly visible to plain sight. This looks like low-skilled poor workmanship, to say the least. I believe this company is rushed to the “Blow-n-go” style and would like to see each workers paperwork as to qualifications. I caught one worker using a gag blower attempting to clean up by blowing all debris & of course NAILS into my grass & yard around my carport area. After the so called completion of the job, the No 1 man showed up barely unannounced 3 times to attempt to correct the poor workmanship. Each time I explained the problems. Each time these issues were NOT rectified properly. I expressed to him it was time for the Owner, D. Taylor & my Sales representative to come and do the final inspection ASAP. My sales rep explained the he thought I was the only person who ever complained about the WPCompany. I advised he that I simply wanted a quality job and finilix the rest of the wor I have to perform. He lost his timber for a while. I asked if we could fix this or turn it over to the state court for fair determination. He advised to call that owner. I have not do so due to avoidance of any confrontations. Now would I want them on my property because the best have came, gone and Failed miseberly.

  James Shadow? I want everybody to know that Todd Baudin of Cottonport is simply a deadbeat customer that has not paid a single penny towards your huge re-roof and dormer rebuild project. Bet you cannot look in the mirror nor sleep at night its obvious why you are all alone in that big place. Never in thousands of roofs have we encountered a customer that is such a LIAR. We have provided superior workmanship PER OUR CONTRACT with you AND we have so many pictures before, during and after along with numerous witnesses that prove you are wrong. Not only will we get summary judgement for full payment, we will pursue every avenue to make you also pay for this malicious assault of libel and defamation against us.

From start to finish everything is handled in a professional manner. Their work is the best quality and they get the job done quickly.
