James and Ben explained newly discovered roof damage in detail and explained the needed additional repair in detail. Very personable and a great team. I appreciated the care they took to clean the workspace, when finished,  as they had to use my neighbor's driveway. I received photos of  my roof repairs at the completion of the work. A real plus.

The Roofing Co installed a new roof about 10 years ago. I was very pleased with the work. I recently needed repairs around the Chimney after getting the Chimney jacked back into place and I called The Roofing Co. They completed the work earlier than originally expected when they came upon some unexpected free time. Again, I was very pleased with the work and even more pleased that they squeezed me in when they could. I definitely recommend them for your Roofing needs. Everybody I met or spoke with (the Office Ladies, the Inspector and the Crew) were very polite, sociable and helpful. I will use them again should the need arise.

The entire Roofing Company team has been utterly fantastic. Chuck came out to do the initial inspection and quote. He was very professional and informative. He had samples, pamphlets, and extensive knowledge in the products that helped us feel at ease with our buying decision. We had already received another quote from another competitor, and while there was a cost difference, Chuck made us feel confident in our decision to choose The Roofing Company by breaking the entire contract down line by line, instead of just one lump sum. By the time Greg, the project manager, came out and reviewed the project in detail to us, it was clear that the competitor quote was an utter scam, as they would have hit us with all sorts of additional charges. Greg showed us exactly what they were planning on accomplishing and how long each step would take. The work was completed efficiently and quickly, and the few times I met the different crews, they were happy and professional. I could not be happier with the outcome of our new roof- it literally looks like a new house!!! (Also, I didn’t know “gutter envy” was a thing until now- they look fantastic!) I will definitely be recommending this crew to any and all people that I possibly can. Thank you, The Roofing Company- y’all are awesome!

Had a leak around my heater vent. Chuck Simpson can out and had it repaired in no time at all.  Inspected the rest of the roof to insure no other problems.  Did a great job.  Thanks for the quick response.

The only enjoyable part of having a roof leak is having Mike and James come out to fix it. They’re honest, funny, and know what they’re doing. You can’t ask for much more when you have a 100 year old slate roof you need repaired/maintained.

Replaced my roof. Fantastic customer service beginning to end!! From the office manager (Debbie), to the roofing consultant (Chuck), to financing (Staci), and then the project manager (Greg). Quality workmanship and meticulousness, goes a long way. The absolute best in the Tidewater region. I couldn't be happier knowing I have a piece in mind with my roof and that I have the best roof in the neighborhood.
