  We had the privilege of using The Remodeling Authority for the installation of our new roof. They were absolutely AMAZING! Dru was our contact person and was great to work with. He was very kind, professional, informative and made the process so easy with our insurance company. He was very quick to respond and get the process moving for us. The new roof was installed in one day. The crew came early and on time and completed the work with no issues. Being a busy mom, wife, and nurse I was still able to enter and exit the house without any interruptions (while they worked very hard in cold weather). They did an amazing job and we are SO happy with the finished product. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We HIGHLY recommend the The Remodeling Authority for any of your interior/exterior needs! We will definitely be contacting Dru in the future for more projects!!

  We used the Remodeling Authority for our new roof installation project that was completed in March 2022. Dru, our contact person, was fantastic to work with. He was pleasant, responsive, informative, and worked with our insurance company throughout the process to keep everything running smoothly. He was everything we could have asked for in a point of contact for such a big project. The work itself was completed in one day, the entire crew showed up on time and worked diligently even in cold weather to complete the roof and all new skylights. The work came out fantastic. We highly recommend working with this company for your roof or other remodeling needs, and if you do make sure to ask for Dru, he will make the process run smoothly and as stress free as possible!

  Matt and Justin approached me after a storm and performed an inspection for damage after another company told me there was no damage. There was in fact damage and they were able to work with my insurance company and get everything approved and the new roof installed timely. They did a great job and were friendly and easy to work with.
