  Absolutely the BEST company to do business with if you are looking for Mold Testing or Inspection. The communication is absolutely top notch and their professionalism helped me not fall apart with a tough project. Both David and Eric assisted me in understanding what was happening, the process and how to fix it properly to ensure my home would have safe air. Both of them even took time to have conversations with me to ensure I fully understood and that I was comfortable with the expected results. David and Eric helped me through the process calmly and professionally and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for this type of service.

  David at The Mold Guyz is a true professional who deeply cares about his work. After purchasing my home, I noticed fungal growth in the crawl space and was concerned about indoor air quality. David was extremely transparent with the costs associated with his inspection. He patiently answered all of my questions and his report was thorough. After sending the report, he called me to walk through it step by step to discuss remediation strategies. I highly recommend The Mold Guyz to anyone needing a mold inspection or indoor air quality assessment.

  Quoted me $5000 for a job that I did by myself for $300. After I informed him his services weren't needed, I received a barrage of phone calls and angry text messages. I was shocked at how incredibly unprofessional he is, and dangerous. That level of anger, just for doing business, is a massive red flag. Avoid.

  Hello John. I am worried you have us confused with another company located in Palm Harbor. They use the same name as we do “The Mold Guys” spell their name with an “s” at the end, we are a “Z”. We are not associated with that company in any way. We are strictly an inspection and testing company and do not preform remediation services. None of our testing or inspections cost would come close to the cost you mention. I am sorry though that you had that experience with anyone, but I am for certain it was not with us.
