  Had them look at plans and they were 3x the price as the next highest bidder. Of the six bids we got five were within 30,000 and they were 600,000 more. Likely good craftsman, but absolutely brutal pricing.

  We had Lakewood Companies build a kitchen and entryway addition. We plan to remodel the lower level in the future and will definitely go back to Lakewood Companies.
