  An estimator came out, we wrote a contract for a specific price, then when the roofer arrived, we were told that they could not do the job for the amount quoted. I had given them a $6000 deposit to being work, which they have not returned and I have had to dispute the charge. They have left materials on my lawn which they have not picked up, and have informed me that I was going to be charged for the time of the roofer (who could not do the job) for coming out to the property. I will be reporting them to the BBB and state agencies who regulate contractors and strongly advise anyone to not hire them for work.

  Mr Lozen, you contracted with us to replace some of your roof (a partial replacement), and we determined with FOUR layers of shingles on your roof, it was not feasible to replace certain parts without including parts not contracted to replace. However, we took this to our owner yesterday and he approved the additional work to be done without charge to you. For this reason we are asking you to remove or change your review.

  Had the roof repaired and shingled, siding installed and new gutters. All of the work was done quickly and efficiently. After a bad storm I had one piece of siding come loose and a contractor was sent over to repair. All in all, very satisfied with the work and service done especially during the pandemic.

  From srart to finish easy and professional experience. John and the staff checked in and kept me informed. Jack and the roofing crew finished in two days, cleaned up well and did a great job!
