  I had very high hopes with this company. I called and made an appointment and scheduled a day and time. The day of, when i had taken off work early to meet the gentleman at my home he calls 5 minutes before our scheduled time to tell me he’d be an hour late, and proceeded to try and make me reschedule for a different time and day. I insisted for him to come since i had already missed work. He gets there and basically rushes through my estimate time and i had to practically ask him figures as he did not have anything to take notes or give me options. He leaves and weeks go by. No response or follow up email as to when work could be scheduled. I emailed as well and have not received anything back. Beyond frustrated and now would not dare trust them to do work for me even if they tried to make it right. Do better!

  Never got a chance to use them. Very nice website but no one ever emailed me back.

  It's all good until you try and get them to honor warranty. Then you get delays, doublespeak and outright condescending treatment from the General Manager. Although they did replace the material that we wanted addressed, the irritation factor wasn't worth it.

  We always aim to deliver a positive "Honey Do Experience" on every job and it sounds like we have missed the mark for you. This project has been 10 months in the making, with ongoing objections to our original solution on how to fix the issues with the deck. After multiple attempts and discussions on the best solutions to fix the issue, we are sorry that this hasn't lead to a resolution.
