  The WORST!!!!!! He came, gave us a quote, request payment to purchase materials and avoided the job for days making every excuse in the book. Then when we asked for a full refund instead of issuing it through the same payment method, he asked us to request a refund knowing there is no option to request payment from him. Complete rip off!! Other Google reviews must be fake!!!!! Update: I think any customer would have felt the same way after being asked to render payment prior to a service and then go two days with appointment time after appointment time missed with no heads up. We were only given an excuse for the missed appointments after making contact with the owner. I requested a refund after the third agreed upon time. That was the third and final chance to make this right. And basically had to beg for my money back. I received my full refund only after I received legal consultation on how to proceed further with this particular busienss and owner. I am not interested in going back and forth with the owner. But it is fair for me to tell my truth and my experience with this business. It was an uncomfortable situation to be in sending a payment and not receiving any service what so ever.

  We apologize for any inconveniences as we do our very best to service and please all of our customers. A handyman's schedule can get hectic especially during our busy season and we have to prioritize and adjust our schedule for higher priority emergency service calls. Your small exterior repair job was our last stop for the day and you chose to cancel. The HomeFixrr gave Tiphanie Wells a FULL REFUND and close out her work order. We did our very best to help, unfortunately we wasn't allowed to do so.

  Its been a month since my "quote" with start and end time and its still not finished. I've been told on no less than 3 occasions that it will be finished in the next 3 days. They clearly didn't want my business and I can't get a real response, just more "it will be done in the next day or two". For an entire month they have been providing misinformation instead of the services promised.

  I had a leak in my roof so I called them and they came out right away to repair the roof and the floor that was damaged due to leak. The price was a little on the high side but i'm glad i went with them because I 100% got what i paid for. My floors look great and no more leak. I will be calling again soon to install some tile for the rest of the rooms in my house. Thanks guys, you did an amazing job!
