  David looked at a home that I was going to purchase. David’s finished report is nicely put together and very easy to understand with highlighted illustrations that made it easy for me to see exactly what the problem was. The home inspector is above the industry’s standard.

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Dave, he was personable, professional, knowledgeable and all around helpful in my home buying experience. This man missed nothing, he spotted everything wrong with the property ! He went out of his way to help revise the report in any way I asked to help concession negotiations go smoothly. I cannot recommend him enough!
