  The employees were very helpful. Took the time to look up different types of the product I was looking for got the order numbers for me so I can go to customer service. When I got to customer service the lady there helped me also order a flagpole for my father who was turning 90 years old very helpful employees down to earth and great personalities. Thank You home Depot set the bar high!

  I guess it just depends on what kind of associate is working that day, I had a mature gentleman named Alvin helping me. Great 👍 job Alvin! HR needs to hire more associates who are willing to put their duties on pause and "really help" the customer.

  I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator freezer. The first one they brought me was damaged and was not set up properly when delivered. They did bring a replacement one. Two weeks later. The second one lasted all of a day and a half then quit working. I lost $800.00 worth of meat and groceries when it quit. I called Home Depot and they passed me around to 4 different people l before someone would talk to me. Junior was great he helped me took my complaint on a Saturday and said someone would call me Monday. Monday someone did call and said they couldn’t help me and I had to call the manufacturer. In my mind if you represent and sell a product. You should stand behind it. Especially when it’s been less then 2 days since delivery. Home Depot in Yakima Washington would not assist or talk to me about my almost $2000.00 purchase from them. The do not care about the customer or customer service after the sale. They offered no help or resolution to my problem. As of now I am out $1850.00 for a refrigerator and $800.00 in freezer meats. And they don’t care. Buyer beware of Home Depot in Yakima Washington. They deserve zero stars .
