  We used The Helping Company to replace our roof because of hail damage. I was totally impressed with their customer service. They always returned calls and were completely responsive. They did exactly what they said they would do and in the time lines specified. Once they were done no one would have known we had had a roof replaced. Never found a single nail or any other debris. I found them to be totally dependable and completely honest. I have without any hesitation recommended them to my neighbors as well as family nearby. And….they were very competitive with their pricing.

  I needed to have my roof replaced because of hail damage, and the Helping Co took care of everything. From start to finish they were exceptionally professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They worked closely with me and my insurance company to make sure that everything was in order, and when the time came to install the roof, the working crew was beyond exceptional. They were quick, professional, and got the roof replaced in no time at all with exceptional workmanship. I would highly recommend the Helping Co to anybody who needs roof work done, or for any other kinds of home-improvement projects. I hope to use them again!

  Chris, Travis, Ray and the entire crew has been phenomenal to work with! When a 100’ tree hit my garage leaving branches sticking out of the roof and a storm approaching, they did not hesitate to patch everything on the spot. They worked with me and with insurance company, explaining what was happening to ensure the repairs needed were properly claimed and then repaired. They repaired my garage roof and main roof as a result of a hail storm a few months earlier, and had their crew out a few days before Christmas before any pending snow storms. Hopefully no more trees will fall nor a hail storm that damaged my main roof, but if it should, I will certainly call The Helping Company immediately and so should you!
