  Very unprofessional, laid wrong tar paper so could only install 25% of shingles untill the inspector saw it was correct, they did sloppy work, and left trash inside of the house through a skylight that was left open in a bathroom, there worker fell through the roof and broke the ceiling in the garage. There dumpster contractor also hit the garage ruining the paint and leaving a dent. I would not recommend you use this company for any of your roofing needs. They also proceeded to lie about the worker falling through the roof when originaly asked which is very sketchy. They are not trustworthy or professional at all. Avoid at all costs. Edit: Due to not being able to respond for some reason. Josh the project manager denied the worker falling through the roof after already being told he did in fact fall through the roof by one of the sub contractors which really is quite worrying. I was extremely worried about there well being as that can be very dangerous. Not sure if it was due to insurance or what but that is very deceitful. I appreciate the willingness to fix the damage as that is the right thing to do.

  Greg, I'm sorry our first time in communication with you is through GoogIe reviews and I am terribly sorry this was your experience with our company. We strive to provide quality work and great customer service on all of our jobs. It sounds like we did not meet your expectations and I apologize for that. I would like to clear a couple things up and hopefully you are ok with my rebuttal on this review. You mentioned laid the wrong "tar" paper....The truth is we lay synthetic underlayment on all our roofs. Sometimes we run a short so we have to make a trip to the local Lowes or Home Depot, which was the case here. The underlayment we put down was a different brand than the one we purchased from Lowes. Both are approved products but since it wasn't on our Permit Sheet the inspector wanted us to resubmit the permit paperwork showing both underlayment we installed and per Florida Building Code we can only install up to 25% of the shingles until the inspector passes the "in-progress" inspection. It was an unfortunate accident the roofer stepped on a piece of existing sheathing which happened to be a part of the original roof that wasn't nailed correctly and he did fall. Thankfully he didn't get hurt but unfortunately some drywall was damaged in the garage from a roll of underlayment that fell. We are in the process of getting the drywall repaired. I'm unsure what you talking about when you say "they proceeded to lie". We have no reason to lie about the accident and will make sure all damages are taken care of. If there is trash in the attic or bathroom, I do apologize about that. We do our best to be as clean as possible and unfortunately sometimes we do fall short of that goal but we want to make it right. This is news to me about the dumpster contractor hitting the house and ruining the paint. I have had a couple of my supervisors over there and neither one mentioned anything about this. I'll look into this and if in fact this is true then you can rest assure we will repair any damages that may have been caused. We are small family owned and operated business since 1991. We have not been in business since 1991 by being dishonest or by providing sub-par quality. In fact a majority of our business comes from repeat customers. We don't have to rely on google reviews for business but when a 1 star review is given from a person we have never talked to on this job, I feel like we need to standup and defend our reputation. Are we perfect? Absolutely not ,but I can promise you one thing, we will do everything in our power to make things right. Best Regards, Rhett Dantzler

  The Dantzler Group removed a steeple from our church and reroofed the rotting material underneath that was causing a leak into the sanctuary. There timely and professional service prevented any further damage to the ornate heavy timber intricate interior ceiling. I highly recommend using the Dantzler Group for any of your remodeling or construction needs.
