  The Brothers that Just Do Gutters is a fine business for the work that I needed done, which was gutter replacement. They came out to give me an estimate within a couple of days and the new gutters were installed a week later. Andrew & Jose did a great job, very professional and personable! The installation went smoothly and their cleanup was spit spot! I highly recommend The Brothers That Just Do Gutters!!

  Very professional, was satisfied with the time and how quickly the job was done. I also was very satisfied with the updates per phone to let me know the job was in progress and when done. I did however forget to let them know to take the gutters that were damaged. Definitely will use this service again.

  I had someone come out the first week of December to give me an estimate. He said they require $120 deposit. He said that even though the information from the company would state that my work would be completed around the second or third week of January that they were doing all of the gutter cleaning's within the next two weeks before the weather got cold. That did not happen. They did not come the third week of January. They had my money yet told me oh it's too cold everything is frozen we're not doing anything till March. That's unacceptable. You don't tell some one that works gonna be done in the next two weeks then suddenly it's three months later? So then I get informed they're sending someone out to do the work in the middle of February. A question isn't it frozen still? They sent someone out they told me it was frozen and in the process of checking my gutters they broke one of my outdoor solar lights. They attempted to schedule a couple more appointments within the next week or two from then but it was still frozen. So finally someone came and it was filed enough for them to do the work. They cleaned my gutters and threw all the debris on my deck and yard. Then I had to clean that up. Never again .

  Robert, thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey, we appreciate your feedback and take it under serious advisement. We apologize that you feel you had a less than stellar experience with us. However, during the winter months we cannot clean out frozen gutters as it is near impossible and could potentially cause damage to the gutters and home. It is also extremely dangerous for our crews to be attempting to clean out frozen gutters. We had communicated multiple times via voicemail and emails explaining that within the contract you agreed to it does clearly state “As we are unable to clean frozen gutters all cleanings are considered standby as of November 1st. Once temperatures drop below freezing, we will suspend all cleanings pending proper conditions which may mean waiting until spring in some cases”. Your original week of service was for the week of January 16th, 2022, which was told to you via voicemail on December 28th, 2021. We were hopeful to get all scheduled cleanings completed before any winter weather, but the weather is completely out of our control, and we work around that as best as we can. We communicated properly to you on the status of your gutter cleaning and when we would be able to come out to perform the cleaning services. We had a few warmer days in February and were able to perform cleaning services. In regard to the broken light and the poor clean, unfortunately it was never brought to our attention. When issues like these happen, we do send a crew out immediately to correct the issues. It is stated within our warranty that the customer must notify The Brothers that just do Gutters within five days of any claimed damage or as soon there after the damage is discovered by phone or email.
