Will and his team did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help us with installation of a few fans/vents we wanted to add to our roof. They were quick, clean, thorough and finished the job on time. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Like the name says, they are by far the most Affordable Roofing Company around, but quality does not suffer.

We lost a bunch of shingles in a thunderstorm. I called The Affordable Roofing Company, and given that more rain was in the forecast, the owner, Will Smith came over that day to assess the damage. He noted a number of problems with the installation of the roof. He placed tarps over all of the vulnerable areas, met with my insurance claim representative the next day (who also noted the poorly installed previous roof) and then we made an action plan. It went very smoothly and the roof was installed in one day. He was on time or early for appointments and his crew arrived when they said they would--between 7:30 and 8:00am. I highly recommend the company for being honest, clear in communication, and doing a professional job.

Will and his team were total rockstars...Will was willing to be my advocate and meet with my insurance adjuster after some heavy wind and rain where we experienced a roof leak. We all know it's difficult with insurance companies so that was much appreciated. We ended up replacing our entire roof (not insurance related) and Will was not only the best price I could find with a great warranty, but they knocked it out in under a day. The previous homeowner or builder did some rigging of the gutter system to create a shortcut and Will and his team replaced the gutter and ran it the right way....they were absolutely awesome.
