  I had them out to add insulation into my 1979 vaulted ceiling two story house. I'm doing it one room at a time due to time and money constraints, but the first room done was the most in need, and had the best outcome! The room and the roof get sun all day long in the summer, and last summer the heat was so excessive it was crazy! The temperature result was almost immediate, and had me looking forward to getting the rest of the house done. It was a LOT of work on both their and my part. They had to go in through the sheetrock, and then patch it back up. The patchers did an amazing job matching the texture on the ceiling! It was such a mess to clean up, and they did a lot, but that dust gets Everywhere, so as a homeowner I went ahead and overdid the rest of the cleanup myself with family help. I was also responsible for the repainting of the patches which was fine since the room was getting a color change anyway. It was all done over two days, and the workers were always polite. I can't wait to see what my energy bills are like this summer even with just the one room done!

  My attic is very large with a high-pitched roof, and Chris Benavides and Team did a very good job of spray foaming the underside of the roof. Professional and reasonably priced. The temperature in my attic was typically over 120 degrees last summer, and yesterday it stayed less than 85 degrees.

  Hi, I’am Ray, and from the first phone conversation right to the very end, this company is amazing. They are also Christian and I had a sense of trust immediately. They came out for an appointment right away, prompt, thorough and explained exactly what the process would be from start to finish including a time line for all work to be done and they were right on the money! Speaking of money, I felt they were very fair with their quote. I could tell they had been in the business for a while as attention to detail seemed very important to them.
