I just (Feb 2022) used Texas Family Roofing to fix my roof.  I called and they were responsive and able to come out at a convenient time.  The inspection/sales person was professional and gave me detailed explanations of what needed to be done.  I was ready to replace my entire roof, but he explained that only certain parts needed to be fixed.  They completed the repair quickly and cleanly.  I was hesitant about doing this on my own since I am a military widow and often people try to take advantage.  But I did not have any worries with this company.  I believe that I got a great deal and two of my neighbors plan to use them as well.

I had an amazing experience with this company. When I tell you I got everything I wanted, I did! I had been months with so much damage to my roof and they were able to help me. With affordable cost, this is something I highly recommend to anyone who needs any of these services. Mat V guided me through the best recommendations and made it easier for the process to not be so stressful. Thank you again for the amazing work done on my roof! Texas Family Roofing is amazing. From start to finish, they were professional, informative and timely. Jake went above and beyond for us and honestly, he is the reason we chose TFR. Not only did he provide an excellent initial inspection, he offered to help navigate an insurance inspection with us. He followed up to see if if we had any questions and made the whole thing a breeze to figure out! Once the project was underway, Matt was great! He helped coordinate the crew and let us know how things were going. I cannot recommend this company enough. We will DEFINITELY use this them again... on a different house of course because this roof is set for years & years!!! 10 out of 10 stars!

I contacted them due to heavy shingle damage after a windstorm.  It was on a weekend, after business hours.  Within 45 minutes they called me back, and had someone at my house on Monday.  Hector did a thorough inspection, and provided me with a fair quote.  The quality of work and cleanup was great.  This is a very quality company that employs good people.  Hector is the best!

Very quick, professional service. Jake was very hands-on with communicating with us & his crew were professional. They came out quickly, explained the problem (took lots of pictures to confirm) and were very professional. We even asked them whether we should just have the roof replaced, and he told us we probably have another 15 years out of it, so he (ethically) passed up a chance to  "up-sell" us. You'd better believe we will be contacting them in 15 years or so when we _do_ need a new one...

I've never seen a company so enthusiastic about roofing!  We called Erik Villarreal after our roof had been damaged by recent high winds.  There were damaged shingles all over our property.  He came over right away, inspected our roof, and gave a very reasonable quote for repairs.  He and his crew completed the work a couple of days later.  When the work was complete, they went over our entire property and gathered all of the old shingles that had blown off, even retrieving shingles out of the trees!  As a local Realtor, I deal with roofers all the time, but I've never seen a roofing company so responsive and customer friendly as Texas Family Roofing.  I will be referring them to my clients from now on.

Hector Mendoza conducted a detail roof inspection report for my home that I was selling and also inspected my new home roof. He showed great ethics when the a home buyer contacted him to conduct a roof inspection on the home I was selling. As it was a conflict of interest to represent both parties; he only represented me as I was the first to reach out.Hector also showed great knowledge of existing roofing issues and was able to explain in detail how it should be fixed and a quote in a quick turnaround.

I will definitely use Hector and Texas family roofing again for future roof repairs or inspections.
