I highly recommend Texas cool and roofing. I had Cody come and do an inspection. I was amazed at all the damage that was done by the hailstorm. The ladies in the office, Nancy and Stormie were in constant contact with our insurance and made this process less painful. The crew that came out were amazing, on time,professional and very hardworking. Today I met with Denny Satterfield. What a breath of fresh air this guy is. He listened to my nightmare story of our roof replacement 3 years ago. He got on the roof and calked some areas he found. I insisted I owed him something, but he said he did not feel right paying for what he did. I mean.....WOW! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was gracious enough to take a cold water from me when I offered it to him.

Texas Cool Roofing has earned our business from here onward. Next roof replacement, this is the superb stellar company we will go with. No questions asked with the call and impression they mad on me today. Highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone! They know what good customer service is and how to treat people.

We had a leak at our business that did some minor ceiling damage. I called around to get estimates and the first one was with Texas Cool Roofing and Waterproofing. I expected to get raked over the coals as we are a business and needed the repair immediately! Cody Bartlett was the tech that came out to access  the damage and said he would get on roof and then email me an estimate. I never got the estimate or a bill!!! He repaired the roof(said it was very minor) and did NOT CHARGE us a penny!! What a wonderful company!!! They are now our only roof repair company, no need for estimates from anyone else, they are honest and went out of their way to help us, I highly recommend giving them a try if you need roof work and making them your first call!! Thank you for what you did for us, we will not forget it!

Texas Cool Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof and gutters after hail loss in April. Denny was easy to work with; he met with our insurance adjuster and reviewed the claim to make sure that everything was covered. The project crew arrived on time and cleaned up when the job was done. We could not be happier with the results! I highly recommend TCR.

Unprofessional and Overpriced! Had several companies come out at the same time through Yelp search for my roof. One Texas Cool Roof reps, Denny, came out and said he’d tarp the roof and wait on response from Insurance to give us a quote. Once I got the insurance info, I sent it to him along with a few other companies. Texas Cool Roof was way over priced compared to the other four estimates. 2K for the cheap material roof and 4k over for the upgraded material roof. I was still leaning and willing to give it to Texas Cool Roof but when I asked if they could do any better on their estimate this dude goes off on me through email. He did a complete 360 on us and within his novel of a response he threatened me and other companies of committing fraud and if caught I was going to go to jail and pay a fine through a punishable offense. He also said that all other companies in Austin used guys from Home Depot. This helped me decide to go with another company as I never said anything about trying to be deceitful, just asked for a better quote. In the end Texas Cool Roof charged me for the tarp they never quoted me of doing. The other roofing company I went with said that was pretty bad service and said that in the business, they do the tarp as a courtesy in hopes you’ll pick them and if you don’t, they typically don’t charge when a customer ends up going with another company.  But I went ahead and paid it anyway to never have to deal with this company again. This company needs to learn some customer service.

Manny, we are disappointed with your negative review. We worked with your insurance adjuster to make certain that your roof would be covered by your insurance company. The adjuster asked us to tarp the roof immediately so that you would not have water intrusion into your home. This was listed as a line item and covered under your insurance estimate. Thank you for paying us for the work we provided.

When you asked us about cost, we explained that we install the best quality roof as our minimum standard at the amount approved by your insurance. All you pay is your deductible.

As you can see by our many 5 star reviews, our quality cannot be challenged. We offered you a superior roof system charging you only the amount that you insurance company approved according to their estimate. An upgrade was also offered for a 50 year warranty roof. I have read the email that you are referring to and it contains specific information about the type of work we offer, our minimum standard for materials, and our certification with NRCA and our manufacturers. We made no accusations as to the quality of other companies labor. And as far as the $2k “cheap roof” you referred to, this is simply not true. We do not use cheap materials, ever.

There are strict requirements when it comes to insurance claims on roof systems, and Texas Cool Roofing adheres exactly to those guidelines. Offering you a discount is effectively paying a portion of your deductible which is against the law as we told you. We did not in any way want to commit insurance fraud or put you in a position where you might have negative impact from your insurance company.

The Folks at Texas Cool Roofing made my rental home roof repair so easy. They communicated every step of the way and the folks in the home loved working with Denny. He was courteous and professional every step of the way. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks again team...y'all are doing it right!
