Poaching! “Really good roofers want to enjoy their work environment, be challenged, feel appreciated, understand how their performance is measured, and be rewarded for great performance. Unfortunately this company has gone array due to their lack of morals, workmanship, skills and integrity." Trying to poach another companies employees by offering outrageously high wages in order to get themselves out of a bind. Beware! Do not trust this company. When the job is finished you probably are too!
