Spent over $20,000.00 on a new roof, starting leaking within a couple years of it being installed. Even though it was completely under warranty, I was told I had to spend an additional $2000 to repair the job they didn’t do right in the first place. Rather than fight it and drag it out, I paid it so that I could keep a tenant happy and paying rent. Now, a few months later, leaking again and they won’t return my calls.
