  I'm at 2 1/2 starts with Team Roofing. They just over promised and under delivered. They set the expectation why to high for them to achieve. I paid extra for better communications with the foreman, and the piece of mind that I had nothing to worry about, during the project. I had no idea what was going on with the project. Had to constantly text and ask what is happening with the project, if they where coming or not etc. They did a horrible job cleaning up the nails, in the common walking areas. Had hand full of nails, gutter debris, gutter guards debris, flashing, flashing caulk, and etc. The gutter team is horrible and lazy, you expect while they're putting on the guards if they happen to see a stick, leaf, or little debris you would just remove it before you install the guard. So I have leaves and under the gutter guards that I purchased to specifically, to keep out debris. The roof looks good and gutter guards are installed now, the $18,000 dollars value is defiantly not there. Not worth the extra money the added value they promise is not there.

  Management staff very unprofessional. Sales agent came out to do an inspection on a simple removal of some old gutter guards that were attached under the second row of shingles and install a new row of shingles on the first row. Expectations were set with me on exactly what they would be doing along with materials needed. I signed the contract as i thought it was a little high but I needed to get the work done in order to install new gutters the next day with another company. When the crew arrived onsite they had a different scope of work. Arrived with no materials and were there to just remove the old gutter guards. They were here for about 2 hours and an hour the next day to repair two small spots in the valley. So for 3-4 hours of work they charged me $1900 dollars. They were willing to give me a credit on the unused materials which was a couple hundred bucks. But they were very impolite with me when I said I thought I was being over charged for the actual scope of work that was done vs the original scope. The director of operations final words to me... “it doesn’t matter what you say, you signed a contract and the work was done”... no offer was given to say ya know what, we really didn’t have to do as much work as we originally thought so let’s work together on a fair price. That is what a good company with good customer service would have done. I don’t like writing reviews but I felt the need to warn other customers. I would steer clear of this company. They don’t care about their customers. At least not the management staff. The workers were good. But the leadership team is very poor.

  Team Roofing was outstanding and a pleasure to work with from when Brandon Bower came out to give a estimate all the way through the completion of our re-roofing project. We choose Team Roofing because they were very knowledgeable, helpful, fair/competitively priced and willing to do whatever it took to do the job up to code and how we wanted it. The crew on the 1st day showed up ready to work at 7:15 and worked until sundown and on the 2nd day they showed up at 8:00 and again worked until almost sundown in which they were done with the job in just 2 days as they said they would be. I would and will highly recommend Team Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company. Thanks to Brandon and all the crew at Team Roofing.
