They installed new gutters on my home and I had a problem with one of the corners leaking after the first year. Tim did send someone out to caulk it. As of now (about 3 years later), all the my gutters leak. Tim came out a few years ago, checked it over and said he would take care of it in the spring, I haven't heard from him since.
