I'm not one to typically write a review but I was definitely happy with the whole process from setting up the estimate to clean up and enjoying my new roof. Definitely check out Tayman if you need work done.

The person gave us our estimate left the company and they completely ghosted us. They did the same thing to my parents with their deck as well. No return calls. Business must be good, just not from us.

Jason was on time for initial estimate; was always responsive to questions prior to signing agreement.  I didn't have a printer and had to print at another facility.  He made the trip over to pick up the signed agreement.  Saved me from having to go to get it scanned in and emailed back to them.  The only issue that really wasn't an huge issue was the installers arrived unannounced.  I didn't know when they were coming and just showed up.  Luckily I was home but Jason did say they may just "show up" so technically I wasn't completely blindsided.  They were here and gone in 40 minutes and everything went smoothly.  I'm very pleased and will definitely use their services again.

I am very pleased with the services of Tayman Roofing and Siding. I was so happy with their roofing work that I asked them to also do siding on a detached garage.  It looks great!  I intend to use their services for future projects as well. Thank you.

I did not hire Tayman but they were very helpful with their recommendations of what they thought I should do. I ended up fixing it myself but when it comes time for other projects they will definitely be a company I will call back!

I had my roof and siding replaced from the wind storm we had this March by Tayman. From start to finish I was very impressed, some other companies who I won't name came off rude like they had enough business and didn't need mine and I was frankly tired of talking to people and decided to look online. I was impressed with their website to schedule the appointment and even received text and email alerts prior to the estimate. There were a few miscommunications from Mr Tayman and it did take a little longer than I would have liked for the scheduling of the siding install but he made up for it by deducting the total price of new shutters from the bill and that certainly made me happy! I would definitely recommend his company to anyone I know and who knows you might get free shutters 😂

Tayman Roofing & Siding did an excellent job installing our roof and siding.  We are so very pleased with the work and have referred them to all of our friends and neighbors. They answered the phone – unlike so many other companies.  They listened to our concerns and advised us on the best product for our needs and budget.  The job was done within the time frame that they said and they did a terrific job cleaning up.  We called several other companies – most of which could not even take the time to call us back, but things work out for a reason because we could not be happier with Tayman – from start to finish.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on our customer service. We are a small business that believes in picking up the phone and helping our customers as best we can. I am sorry you had a less than stellar experience with other roofing companies, but am glad you chose Tayman in the end! And thank you for the referrals, as that is the highest compliment a business can receive.

We were in process of closing and selling father's home from his estate when we found out from inspector - just a few days before settlement - that a roof repair / new roof would be required. Needless to say timing was not good and we were doing this all from out of state. We called Tayman Roofing based on recommendations from our General Contractor and the folks there responded politely, professionally, and most importantly, quickly.  Tommy Tayman came out within a couple of days to assess the roof, explain why it could not be repaired, and how a new roof would be required and why. The estimate was completed within a matter of days; the team at Tayman indicated they were in midst of roofing season and were able to initially schedule us within 2-3 weeks - this would normally be a great response. However, since we were closing in a matter of two weeks, the roof had to be completed / replaced AND assessed / confirmed by Buyer's Home Appraisor before that due to the Buyer's Lender's requirements. We worked with Tommy and office staff (Tammie) to move up - they did a bang up job rescheduling to help us out.  But then - the rains and bad weather became problematic. Nonetheless, Tommy and team worked to get the roof done - even during the weekend - to help us out. And at the end, the Home Inspector said all looked good and ready to go.

I didn't mention above but I'll also say based on the work that the Tayman team did - the cost estimate seemed very fair and with top quality material. No issues there.

I would highly recommend Tayman Roofing to anyone seeking roof repair / replacement - again, professional, timely, polite, and strong work ethic. And they are quite clearly very CUSTOMER FOCUSED - what a refreshing change to have someone who cares.

Thanks to the team, for helping me out in what could have been a terrible situation and ended going like clockwork.

Tommy Tayman

Tommy came out to our home, gave us an estimate and his team installed new gutters and gutter guards.  They did a great job and they were very clean and did the job well. We appreciate that!

32 years in the county...and Tayman Roofing is as professional as it gets. I wholeheartedly recommend them, they are on top of it from the minute they arrive and the knowledge and information they provided to me is so appreciated. Thanks again!
