  Contacted Taylored for an emergency call out at one of our properties that flooded and by the time they arrived we had already started handling the situation and sent them home. However two weeks later I received an insane bill from them for work they did not do. The individuals who came out were very professional and understanding of the situation but the administration is run by dishonest individuals. I paid the bill because they DID come out but I highly advise to avoid this establishment or expect to be charged for everything and anything they can think of. Taylored was on our property for under 45 minutes yet charged us for over 3.5 hours of labor when in reality they assessed the situation and were sent home. I would be embarrassed to be a part of this establishment.

  I was recently out of my home because of smoke damage. I hired Taylor’s Restoration for smoke damage restoration of my personal property. They did a good job cleaning out my house and putting stuff in boxes. But they did a terrible job cleaning my items. All they did was put the furniture Through the ozone machine and did not clean my big furniture. I recently bought a new bedroom set and now it all smells like smoke. I have buckets of shoes and jackets outside for 2 weeks trying to air out but it won’t come out. My coach purses are ruined. My table and chairs were not cleaned. My subwoofer was broken, bed handles were pulled so hard it tore, and my king hutch leg is gone. I believed in them, and they did me wrong. They didn’t answer my emails back. They had all my stuff for 2 months. I would not recommend them. There’s other companies out there that can help you with fire restoration. Thanks!

  My experience with Taylored Restoration was a nightmare. I would highly advise anyone to NOT use them. My friend also used them and had similar issues, which I was not at all surprised by. Our house flooded last year and this business was used for flood mitigation and repairs. They put water damaged items of our house in boxes or bags without properly letting them dry so by the time we got to them, months later, they were molded. There was bags that were marked for us to assess and Dennis said we should of gone them right after the flood, but they were not brought to our attention until the repairs were done three months later so once we went through them they were molded and had to be tossed. Paint finishes did not match, trim was put in place but never nailed into place, anytime they ran into measurement issues or replacement issues Matt had us come up with the solution instead of giving us options of how to get the job done which I would expect that they would give us those options since this is their line of work not ours. The deadline for completion was constantly pushed back and towards the end Matt Benson said we had at least a week left before we could move in, but then told our insurance company THAT SAME DAY that we could move in. We had to leave our hotel without notice...our notice was the hotel saying we missed checkout because insurance called and said that we didn’t need lodging anymore due to the information Matt Benson gave them. Which contradicted the information he gave me. So we had to rush out of our hotel with our two kids and two dogs...move back into our filthy house that hadn’t been lived in for three months, only people that had been in there daily were workers. So now my young children were running around the house with black feet while my husband I tried to unpack boxes to be able to make up beds for us to sleep in for the night. I’m scrubbing the bathrooms so my children will have a clean bathroom to use because they were covered in dirt and nasty build up in the toilet from workers using them for the last three months. Dennis promised that our house were be cleaned before we moved in since they were in 90% of our house while repairing it. Cleaners came after I reminded him of this and they had to come back again because the only cleaned a portion of the house when Dennis had said that they’d be cleaning the whole house. Apart from the horrible experience of having our house flood, our experience was greatly made worse by using this business to repair the damage. I would not recommend them to anyone and if anyone brings up needing work done I do inform them to not use Taylored Restoration. My friend has had similar issues with them so I know this is not an isolated incident.
