Jim, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, the price of steel has changed and some people have not adjusted to this increase; though it was marked off 55%.

Scott was always prompt with quotes and Drawings. I have used them for three building, an they meet delivery date each time. Highly recommend if you are want a quality product for a fare price.

The worst, haven't got our plans right. And have put us a month and a half behind on our building. Gave us the wrong size beam and tried to blame us. It's been a nightmare from the beginning. They lie constantly to make you happy and all it does is infuriate you more cause you expect your stuff on this day and find out you have been pushed because of something else. As soon as I get what I have played for I'm done. Cause I cant get my money back, so I stuck :(

I wish I could say we had a great experience like others but we have had the total opposite. Shame on this company.

This is my second dealership building from Scott... Family-owned business that can handle any project from a small outbuilding to a complex multi-level Rv dealership.  I thought of both dealerships while sitting at the kitchen table and sketched it out on a napkin next thing I know I send the sketches to Scott and his team start putting it together... Obviously a lot of work goes in between the final product in my napkin drawing, but Scott and his team are there from the beginning to the end... your steel building is a large investment , and you need a team standing behind you... Scott is the guy to call

Husband went there to buy 2 sheets of 14g sheet metal. Instead they came out with (2) 12g sheets. One of which was bent in the corner.  They acted as if it was a pain for them to shear it in half so he could drive home safely with it in the pickup bed, and could be easily removed without two people . So now that we’re home with it we get to shear it ourselves. Won’t be buying metal there anymore.

Floyd was great to work with. We had a few hiccups with parts of the building when we assembled but all in all they worked well with us to get us what we needed.

Literally took 3 trips to get all of our materials when we were told it’d be ready the first time. Also had to wait HOURS because no one knew where our stuff was. So disappointed.

Everyone there is always pleasant and easy to talk to /deal with

Great people to work with and have solutions to building problems.
