  My roof was just finished yesterday. I have to say, Taylor Roofing does an excellent job. It is not often trade work comes with good Customer Service, but Taylor Roofing has that down. From the time of the estimate asking me what my expectations were and explaining what I am getting for my money. To today, even giving me a call to make sure I was happy with everything. The estimate was given by the actual Owner and he even helped with the roof. They picked up any mess at the end of each day. This was big deal since I have kids and dogs. I didn't want them getting a nail in their foot in the yard. Overall, I am very happy I chose Taylor Roofing. They beat a lot of their competitors on price. I feel like I got the best overall value I could have.

  Worked for them for 3 days. Didn't work me for a week. Then on payday wanted gave me the run around all day for pay. Finally recieve pay for 185 dollars for 17 hours of roofing. Very unprofessional, very untrustworthy unskilled company. 3 day job lasted over 10 days, customer was very unhappy. Wouldn't call them for anything roofing related.n

  This worker did work with us for only three days, due to his lack of skills and demeanor he was fired. He then demanded his pay in full and in cash on that day. He was told his pay had to follow through with payroll in check form. He then threatened our well being if we did not follow his demands, to de-escalate the tensions and threats we followed through that day and cut him his check, roofers recieve "piece time" wich simply means there paid an amount per 100sq feet, its in there best interest to be productive and timely in completing there work. His pay reflects his efforts in those three days. Lessons learned, Taylor Roofing now thoroughly completes back ground checks on new workers, to verify the validity of there claimed skills and demeanor. Taylor Roofing provides credible references on request.
