  I'm so glad I went with Taylor Made Services to get a Fortified roof following Hurricane Ida. The company made the whole experience super easy from the day they showed up to do the inspection to the day I was able to send in my final payment after I got my repair loan from the Small Business Association. Getting insurance and relief funds is not an easy or quick process, and Taylor Made Services was kind enough to trust that I would send them the money when I could without pressuring me to pay in full immediately. I couldn't be happier with the roof. It looks great, they got all the work done in one day and I feel better knowing I'll face the next hurricane season with a stronger roof. I wish the company could do more than roofing in Louisiana because I would give them all of my repair business!

  Taylor Made Services was excellent. Demetrius was exceptional to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process in details, was patient while I made a decision and was in contact every step of the way. They replaced my roof in one day. The roof looks great! I highly recommend Taylor Made and be sure to ask for Demetrius.

  If you are thinking about using Taylor Made, you have made an excellent choice. I have a small home that was in need of a new roof for nearly a year before I found Taylor Made. I had talked to and met several other roofers in the area. I was skeptical when I hired Mike because I had trouble in the past with contractors. But how blessed I was to find this company. These roofers are much more than just roofers, they are craftsmen. I watched them as they inspected each piece of wood on my roof and made several repairs and improvements. Mike's team showed me that they are quick to resolve any problems they may encounter even if it means less profit for them. They used tarps to protect the perimeter while installing my roof and had one person cleaning through the whole process. They took a lot of care to keep my property clean and protected. Everyone was polite, respectable, and professional. His team took their time to make sure I was pleased and understood my new roofing system (fortified roof). It has been about a month since the installation and so far no problems. I researched the roof prior to installation and watching the roofers use such care during inspection and installation makes me feel confident in my new roof.
