  Order RR ties on Friday for Tuesday delivery,called to find out delivery time, the guy answering the phone had no clue or exactly how to find out. "Ill have the salesman ,Joe Warren call you."...1hour and a half later nothing...called back, spoke with a very nice woman, she put me thru to Zack in dispatch " Somebody dropped the ball....we can bring it out after 2pm,Ill call when they leave." No call delivery shows up at 3:22, 3:24,I get a call saying he was there that he had tried to call several times and my phone went to voice mail....an outright lie! I saw the correspondence between the delivery guy and dispatch....called to speak to the general manager at 3:42.....no call back. The only way they'll delivery is prepay....if this werea 200.00 order I could see how it might slip by...This order was 2000.00......very unhappy with the way this was handled....I was selfemployed for 43 years...

  They had everything I needed and got me loaded up and on my way quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the pricing and selection was very good. Nice dealing with local people and a refreshing change from the big box stores. Very convenient location
