  TLC built our 40 x 60 x 18' pole barn built in SW Virginia in November of 2020. We could not be happier with the process, the communication, the crew, and most of all - the quality of the materials and skillful construction. We spoke to several builders, but after speaking with Tam, we immediately knew he was our pick. We appreciated that he would be our single point of contact and that he was very responsive. His crew was top-notch, and they put in long days of hard work to build our beautiful barn. We will upload final-final pics after our finishing work is complete, but we are thrilled. Thank you, Tam!

  I had a 30x40 pole barn built in 2013. The pricing combined with the warranty made the choice simple as compared to the competition. We did have some issues with the roof and Tam stood behind his companies work. Such a level of responsibility is rare in today's world but he stands behind his warranty 100%.

  Tam Lapp Construction I had a very nice pole barn built by them but i have a problem with my side door i sent pictures to one of the salesmen and left messages for them with no response Problem solved Tam took very good care of the door just a misunderstanding thank you for working with me
