  Takoda Green did a phenomenal job handling my hail damage insurance claim. My situation was very complicated and involved a protracted dispute with my insurance company. Takoda stuck with us through thick and thin and we ultimately reached a successful conclusion. When it was time to begin the work, they moved quickly and the work was very high quality. Our experience with Takoda Green was excellent!

  We chose to go with Takoda Green Roofing to replace our roof after the hail storm of late June 2017. This is a decision I would make again in the blink of en eye and will recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right by a company that cares. From the office staff, to the roofers, to the owner, everyone is very helpful, polite, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. As mentioned the storm was in June, but we waited until late October/early November to do the work because of some other things going on in our life. Takoda Green still worked with us the entire time and our insurance company to make sure everything was done right. I am not the kind of person to write a review, be it good or bad. Also I am pretty particular about my property. Takoda Green treated us so well and did such a great job that writing a review needed to be done. Again, I would recommend Takoda Green roofing to anyone who wants a local company that cares about their customers and does a great job. And no, I am not a paid spokesman, relative, or friend of the company or it's employees.

  I would strongly recommend to use anyone...anyone but this company. Unless you want the world's worst customer service (especially from Jason), absolutely no communication, wait a year for the job to even begin and then one day out of the blue come home to your driveway blocked with pallets of shingles, all to have another contractor on your roof within a year fixing leaks from poor quality work. If you research your companies before hiring them then I truly hope this finds you. I wouldn't want anyone to go through the truly terrible experience that they provide.

  I am very sorry to hear your dilemma. Unfortunately if we are not called and or informed we are unable to tend to your concerns. We offer a five year workmanship warranty for this reason if you are having problems due to our crews workmanship we will resolve it at no cost to you. We have a very low call back for leaking roofs as i stated we do need to be informed as soon as possible to tend to the problem.
