  Took the money and ran. Gave 10 year warranty in writing, but didn''t return calls when the roof he installed started leaking. When he finally showed up, he didn't fix the leaks. Pitch on the roof needed correcting, he never addressed it. Thousands of dollars in damage, due to his poor workmanship. Still under warranty, but T. Nolan does not honor it. Should have a zero star option, because he certainly earned it. See the damage for yourself. Buyer beware.

  He Came , gave an estimate. I said fine.He said he would come back in a week or so. I called him 2 weeks later and he said he will be over in an hour after he asked me where I lived again.He showed up in his truck, called me from the truck and said he would be back in an hour. He had to go to Home Depot for supplies. That’s the last time I heard from him. I called And called. No answer no call back. Weird!!! Wasted me time and afternoon waiting for him to return. This was just s roof leak around a chimney.

  In 2016 we had to get our roof replaced on our home. It was not the "best time" (February) to get a roof replaced and a number of companies honestly never called me back. After leaving a message with T Nolan Roofing, Tom called me back within 2 hours. He was out the next day with an estimate and recommendations. His crew was small, but efficient. They did the job RIGHT and not just "quick". Our roof looks amazing and we have had no problems! Thanks to Tom and his team!
