  We had our roof replaced by this company. We were very pleased with the overall experience. We were fortunate enough to have the owner come out and walk us through the whole process. What I enjoyed the most was the explanations of everything. He made it easy for us to choose them and happy that we did. We called on a Monday looking for an appointment that week but they were booked until the following week. I had two bids and wanted to get one final price before making our decision. When I called and spoke to the young lady in the office she worked with my schedule and found a day that worked well for each of us. She even called me the day before to give me a reminder they would be there the next day. When the owner arrived he was on time and very thorough on things. Having bad experiences with others before he did a great job in explaining things in detail and making us feel comfortable in our decision to us them. They were not the cheapest but we were happy about the products they were going to use and the fact that they have staff members and not just sub contractors. We didn't really want strangers the company didn't know well at our home. (Been there before). When the crew arrived I was thankful yet again of how clean and respectful they were throughout the whole process. Our roof looks great! I will definitely be calling them for remodeling work as well in the future. Thank you for doing such a great job! Susan
