  This place set a new roof on my expectations of what a roofing company should be: great customer service, well- coordinated- timely- operations conducted by presentable people you'd like to invite to Thanksgiving Dinner, and, especially noteworthy, unsurpassed excellence in their dumpster management program. I have never seen a cleaner dumpster truck or a more committed Dumpster Technician. What a show T&K, you make it look easy. Five Stars.

  Do not deliver to this company. They do not have dock for unloading. They will damage your trailer. The will ask you to assist to unload with no touch freight on rate con. If you refuse they will start call you lazy, they will call you names you name it. Arogant, pissed of people all the time. Lazy too. It took them two and half hours to unload 7 pallets. They do not respect driver and his working time at all.

  This company is staying busy! They didn’t reply to my email within two business days (as typically expected for a business), but they were professional when they did so. They were apologetic and explained their busy-ness. When I replied that I had chosen another roofing company due to my short timetable, they were happy to hear I found someone else and wished me well. I would recommend this company based on their professionalism (but I am unaware of their workmanship).
