Had my roof replaced 6 yrs ago. I am now experiencing my 3rd leak which has ruined the ceiling in my bathroom. This leak was repaired by T.H. White right after the roof was put on. It appears the repair was done with caulk. The second leak was found in the utility room. Water was pouring in. Mr. White tried to charge me for the repair. After a screaming match and threatening to sue the charges were dropped. Very poor workmanship.
