  I'm attaching screen shots of my text conversation with Tony Carter, owner of TC Roofing. Perhaps he is good at what he does but he is also disrespectful of potential client's time, unresponsive, rude and condescending. Let me start of by saying that should we have come to an agreement with him to complete the work on our house - he probably would have done a good job. But his true colors were revealed on the day of our scheduled appt for an estimate and it didn't get any better from there. After agreeing to meet me at our house on Wednesday, Aug 12th - it was 8 hours later before he showed up to do our estimate. At the end of the appt, I was told that he would get me over an estimate and that it would take a couple of weeks before he could do the actual repair. Fair enough. Come the following Tuesday, 6 days later, and no estimate - I ask if he will be sending it this week. He said "yes". We get to today, Friday the 21st. 9 days past my initial appt and nothing. I ask again and am given a rude and condescending response. He made me feel like I bothered him by asking 2x in 9 days when we could expect an estimate. I feel like I tried to be understanding that he was probably busy but also wondered why he couldn't just give me a heads up. Up front communication goes a long way and I think I can be understanding. People get busy - I get that. That doesn't entitle you to be rude and treat people like a nuisance.
