  They did an awesome job helping us with our remodel. Our order was small and they were able to get it to us quickly. The delivery operator managed the delivery like an experienced professional, given the tight space, overhead wires and the lift over the house that had to be done. They did a great job.

  Contacted them for a roof truss bid. Was told a few days for a quote...3 weeks later nothing. Contacted them multiple times and no one seems to know what was going on. They asked for a job order number which we never had since no one ever got back to us. Called 2 weeks ago and was told by main guy, James, he would work on it and get it to us in 1-2 day. Just got quote yesterday from someone else in the office. Very basic with no drawing. And they are now 7 weeks out instead of the 4-5 I was told on first phone call. They were a little cheaper but after such shoddy service we won't use them for such an important part of our job. Too bad was looking forward to working with a new vendor.

Our projected delivery dates for quotes change according to the volume of work we currently have on order. We try and give accurate fabrication estimates when we provide a quote.
