  READ THIS & Decide, Do NOT work with Sylvester Exteriors. Or anyone affiliated with Stephan Sylvester They were Contracted to my Roof without my knowledge. The Roof was last Major item to be done after the Nightmare of having storm Damages to one’s HOME. Sylvester Exteriors Destroyed my Home again, $100,000 plus is what will Take to Fix! Sylvestor's Careless Sloppy work either DAMAGED or BROKE all the Items on my homes exterior, Gutters, Lights Garage Doors, Deck, siding AC Units, Windows glass, & MUCH MORE. Leaving Garbage all Over my Property & Filling landscaping with Rusty Metal Nails with Sharp wires, Shingle pieces Tar, Grease, sharp metal sheets & other Debris garbage plus much more. It's been a safety hazard. With zero precautions taken to protect anything or clean up. They Failed to even Pull a permit which was prepaid in advance They Threw away a half pallet of leftover Shingles into the dumpster & covered them up Plus stole additional materials & all unused items If this Prevents just one person to stay far away from Stephan Sylvester sharing this paid off. Their License Expired 4-1-2018 Be cautious of them opening under another name! Even with insurances, this is a Nightmare!!! I now must have my entire House redone yet again.

  Steve was prompt and did nice work. The gutter over our entryway sidewalk looks good!
