  I have a roof leak that I called them about. After he found out our house is for sale, he started giving me real estate advise and then said it was a “hassle and not enough revenue” for them to be in the middle. He advised waiting until the buyers did their inspection. I told him we didn’t have a contract, didn’t know if and when we would, and didn’t want to sell a home with known problem. So I said “it sounds like you don’t really want to come fix our roof”. He said no. So that’s the kind of company this is. When times are good, a small job is not good enough for them.
