  First time replacing a roof in Texas, and Jim Welsh and Swan Roofing made it so easy! Jim dealt directly with my insurance company. The roofers were on time. They cleaned everything up so well you couldn’t even tell I had a roof put on that day! Lisa, the office manager, also did a great job letting us know exactly what to expect and a timeline. Highly recommended! A+
