  I contracted for house trim, gutters and the painting of the front windows a little costly but great workmanship. Mr. Mike came out starting the job on my home. I found him to be a very meticulous worker and any future work I will definitely be requesting Mr. Mike. Other workers completed the job as Mr. Mike had was called away to another job. I wasn't very happy with that and although the other workers were professional, respectful they completed so quickly that I'm felt it wasn't given the same detail as Mr. Mike. He is very detail oriented and a true master to his craft. If you should contract with Surety be sure to request Mr. Mike.

  The GC they sent over was efficient and knowledgeable. Cleaned up everything before he left, EVERYDAY. Even sent someone to the house to clean up scraps in the garage within the hour. They called when on their way to the house and when they arrived to the house. Voluntarily went over what work was done and what was fixed. Cost was actually much more affordable than we anticipated. They give free no pressure quotes. When they make errors they refuse to fix them.

  Surety Construction rehabbed majority of my home that was closed up for almost 10 years. They worked with my 203k rehab loan which involved a lot of patience and planning and they successfully completed their end of the work in a timely fashion. They did an exceptional job and I'm very pleased with the turn out. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home. I appreciate all of the hard work and look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you!
