  Good communication among roofer, adjuster, and customer in evaluation, explanation. Patiently assist for the selection of roof color and pattern. Timely update about the roofing work preparation, replacement and repair work, and finish, as well as follow up for check out. Screen deck was scratched during the work, and they came back for free replacement without hesitation. Courtesy, respective and honest to customer. Very satisfied.

  Donnie Blanchard and Suretop roofing did our roof a few years ago and we couldn't be more pleased. We are in the historic district in town and the house has been in my family since the early 30's. It was important to us to have the roof done right, and Suretop delivered on that. From start to finish they were very professional, and the quality of work is 1st class.   Suretop Roofing delivered professional and excellent work. I spoke with Donnie Blanchard and scheduled an estimate time. Donnie arrived as schedule and provided an honest and competitive estimate. He answered the questions I had with explanation of how things would be handled with the replacement. Roof replacement began as scheduled. The crew respected my property, did an amazing job on my roof and provided professional cleanup.
