Ryan Melton at Superstorm Restoration is the best! We had a leak in our shop roof and didn't know the best way to go about getting things fixed. Ryan came to evaluate and he explained that the leak was a result of  storm damage. He also checked for damage on our house.  The process of navigating through the insurance process went seamlessly, as Ryan was there through every step along the way.  Long story short, we got a whole roof replaced for the price of our insurance deductible - not only on our shop, but on our home as well!  The professionalism, service and knowledge he provided was incredible.  I would recommend Superstorm Restorations for anyone wanting to evaluate a roof for damage.

Ryan Melton was extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping us with our roof damage. We were not even sure it was an insurance issue until he found wind and hail damage on the roof of our house and shop. Even though our roof was aged, he helped by communicating with our insurance company and we were able to replace both roofs and all gutters for the cost of our deductible! What an awesome company and i highly recommend to anyone in need!!

When our house was damaged by the Cedar Rapids derecho, we were fortunate to have Superstorm Restoration help us with our roof replacement.  Our project manager, Ryan M, was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.  He was very transparent and accurate about scheduling and what to expect during our roof replacement. I called so many places for months to try to have someone come out and give me an estimate for my damaged siding and no one would give me the time of day. I found superstorm restoration on google and called them and they came out right away. I have been working with Ryan Melton and he has been so amazing, he has gone above and beyond what I would have expected. He understands the insurance side of this so well and even found a mistake where my insurance was shorting me 4,000! After a couple weeks of him dealing with the adjuster we were able to go forward. I have been so impressed by Ryan’s knowledge and amazing communication I can say I feel completely comfortable with trusting them to get the job done right. I’m excited to have found them and highly recommend them to anyone, Especially when they have such trustworthy people working for them.  Glad I have them to work with!

Ryan Melton and Superstorm Restoration was referred to me by a client, and honestly, it's been the best lead I've ever received. In a time where everyone is dealing with the same storm, damage, issues, or just insurance jargon, it's hard to find ANYONE who doesn't treat you like another person on the list or like your damage doesn't matter. Ryan took the time to not only explain every detail, but also come by to help open new claims, take pictures, meet with adjusters etc. So far, we have just started the process of getting our damages fixed, but I have complete faith that Ryan will see all of it through.  Couldn't be happier.

Responded quickly to my BBB request. They did a great job and my roof looks awesome! Ryan Melton was great, very meticulous from start to finish, in making sure everything was correct, what we agreed upon and up to code. He went over everything including my insurance estimate, very knowledgeable about insurance and roofs. Sent multiple photos/information during the whole tear off/replacement process. Upfront on any issues and extra costs that arose. Ryan happened to stop over for final signatures during the derecho storm on 8/10/2020 and even chipped in to help remove some tree branches as a tree fell over and blocked his truck in my driveway. And since the roof was completed only about two days before the storm, I believe it held up great, but offered to come back and inspect to make sure; Would have inspected right after the storm if I had a tall enough ladder. They take great pride in their work and care about the happiness of their customer over their work as well! Thanks guys! Great job!

After the Cherocho I didn’t know where to begin.  One major concern was the shingles off my roof & minor water damage in my living room.  Superstorm was here to help another neighbor. I went over and asked if there was any way they could seal where my shingles were missing. They were happy to do so. That night Ryan from Superstorm called to set up an appointment to see the damage done. He asked to be called when the adjuster was here. He would meet with that person.  He was here as promised and walk through everything with the adjuster. I was very thankful and pleased with his follow up & pointing out things I had not noticed. They needed to do a bit more protection when stripping the roof. Shingle material ended up in my A.C. unit and broke my incoming fiber connection.
