Brian did a great job on my cabin remodel, and I thought his price was very reasonable. There were no problems with any of his work, and I would recommend him to anybody that is interested in spray foam insulation. I will definitely call him again when I do my next cabin remodel.

From initial contact to completion, Superior Spray Foam met all my expectations. Quick response and estimate. Clear and timely communications. High quality work and cleanup. Would recommend Brian and his crew without hesitation.

Brian showed up at my place and started off with a poor attitude and acted as though he was doing me a favor to give me a quote. We agreed on his quote price and he put us down in his calendar 2-3weeks out since he was busy and wanted to be sure we were penciled in. I tried contacting him several times via phone and email the second week to line up his arrival. After several days of him ignoring me, he emailed me and stated he was 3weeks out. He never apologized for his mistake. Needless to say I found another company that was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and came out on VERY short notice because they felt bad that superior spray foam stood me up.
Response from the owner
Hey Andrew. This is the first I’m hearing of a poor attitude when we met on July 24th, and I do apologize if that was your impression. I don’t remember being in any sort of bad mood. I have been told (by my wife) that sometimes my intonation can come across the wrong way - and perhaps that paired with my mask combined in such a way as to make you feel I wasn’t being as respectful as you would have liked. To speak briefly to your comment that I was ignoring you, I want to assure you that was never the case. Unfortunately, my small business is just me. I work the rig, I do the estimates, I answer the calls. And I can’t answer my phone when I’m spraying - I often don’t get home until pretty late during my busy season, and I’m making call backs until almost 9pm. All of that combined to make you feel as though you’re project wasn’t a priority, and I do apologize for that. I emailed you your quote on the 24th, and on the 30th of July you emailed back telling me you’d let me know when you were ready. You emailed again on August 12th to tell me you were ready for foam. I was under the impression that you were going to tell me when your estimated ready date was going to be, NOT the day you were actually ready. My schedule is set for at least 2 weeks in the future at all times. That was when I realized there was a miscommunication and I called you to let you know that I was still at that 2-3 week out mark. To try to accommodate as best as I could, I rearranged my schedule and told you I could be there Thursday/Friday at the latest of this week (August 21st), which was just 11 days after the 12th. If I never said the words “I’m sorry” to you, I’ll say them now. I am sorry for the miscommunication. The great news is that there are a couple of great spray foam companies in the area and I’m thankful you found someone who could get to your project before this Friday. Happy trails, Andrew. I hope your project turns out well.
