  Steve(owner) was very responsive with calls and texts. Kept me informed 100 percent of the time. Between inspection all the way to completion of my roof! He made the entire process, not feel like a headache! Outstanding customer service! I absolutely love my new roof. I highly recommend using his company, for your next roof! I don’t give compliments easy. So, that just tells you how my experience was! He went beyond 5 stars!

  I had my roof shingles, skylights and roof exhaust fans replaced recently and they did a nice job. A few details fell through the cracks but the owner Stephen did the right thing in the long run to satisfy my concerns. They use good quality roof materials, offer good value and get the work done quick enough. I would say two areas where they can improve would be on project management and clean-up. However, overall we are pleased with the work.

  Superior Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof after the recent storm (Isaias). Unfortunately, we had some tree damage and missing shingles from the strong wind. Superior roofing was onsite on the same day I called, they assessed the damage, provided an estimate (the best out of the 3 quotes I received from other contractors) and cover up the roof with tarps. The owner Steve Fatone was great to deal with, he helped me with insurance claim and was there to meet with the adjuster. The crew that worked on my house were very professional, hard workers and respectful. They finished the roof in two days and left the property spotless (hard to believe as there were lots of nails and shingles everywhere during the job). The material they used was one of the best shingles recommended online. I highly recommend superior roofing for your next project. Nothing but thanks and appreciation to Steve and his crew.
